Suggested ways to use the Sidekick:
Clip anywhere on your clothing to work on the entire body. Can be worn at night clipped to clothing or clipped to pillow case.
For specific pain or tension in the upper spine or shoulders, clip to the back of the clothing. If pain or tension is in the chest, clip to the front of clothing near the heart or place in a shirt pocket. For the sacrum area, clip to waistband in back.
For more intense pain, place the point of the wand over the area or directly touching the skin for 5-10 minutes or until pain dissipates. Wave the Sidekick in circles several inches above a painful or blocked area for several minutes.
Place the wand on a picture of yourself or someone else for remote clearing.
Place the wand in a glass of pure water overnight and drink it first thing in the morning.
Note: Several people have asked after a month or so if their Sidekick is still working and in every instance it has been found to be 100% functional. One reason that they may feel this is that in the beginning pressure can be felt in parts of the body where there are energetic blocks. Wearing the Sidekick as suggested breaks these energy blocks up so that they are no longer felt. This is typically when a person feels that it might not be working. If an acute pain or situation should occur the effectiveness of the Sidekick is much more dramatic and apparent.
